Privacy

We collect what you type into our forms (name, phone, email, vehicle, message), what your browser sends (IP, user agent), and what our CRM (DriveCentric) needs to assign a sales, service, parts, finance, or protection lead. We use that to respond, to schedule, and to keep a record of the request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with vendors who process it for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend / ADF to Platinum Volkswagen LLC and DriveCentric), and service scheduling (Tekion) when you use that tool. Inventory feeds (vAuto) do not receive your lead unless you submit one.

New York SHIELD Act: we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for private information. Keep staff logins in the desk; do not share passwords. Report a suspected incident to (516) 942-7300.

Phone and text: if you check consent on a form, we may call or text about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts (STOP) and ask us to suppress marketing calls.

To access, correct, or delete a lead we hold, email the desk or call (516) 942-7300. We keep lead records as long as needed for the deal, the CRM, and legal retention.
